FrontFoot.ae is a UAE-based organisation specialising in leadership, confidence, and resilience programmes for students, professionals, and sports teams. Founded by Jack Reed, Marcus Hedley, and Greg Andrews — who collectively bring experience from the military, business, and education sectors — our approach is rooted in practical learning and real-world application. Our flagship programme, Leadership for Life, is a ten-week journey designed to build leadership capability through experiential workshops and hands-on challenges, culminating in a desert leadership weekend where participants put their skills into practice in a high-impact environment.
