Founded by Jack Reed and Marcus Hedley— who collectively bring experience from the military, business, and education sectors — our approach is rooted in practical learning and real-world application. Our flagship programme, Leadership for Life, is a ten-week journey designed to build leadership capability through experiential workshops and hands-on challenges, culminating in a desert leadership weekend where participants put their skills into practice in a high-impact environment. Our mission is to equip individuals of all ages and backgrounds with the confidence and adaptability needed to lead effectively.
